I saw a few families out grilling when I was there and it felt like everyone knew how to relax here. There are places to sit but nothing is too fussy. It's the kind of space where you can kick off your shoes and just hang out. Best of all you have your own private beach right in your backyard. The sand is soft and pretty quiet most times and you will spot people walking or kids running around in the afternoons.

Palm Jumeirah is one of those locations where you always feel like you are on holiday even on a weekday. There is always a coffee shop close by and if you like to walk the beach you are set. The local grocery is handy and you see the same faces most days which makes it easy to feel at home even if you are only here short term. About seven thousand square feet inside and a thirteen thousand square foot plot so you get plenty of room for everyone.
