Parkway Vistas, Dubai Hills Estate
Some houses are almost impossible to rush through and this five bedroom villa in Parkway Vistas at Dubai Hills Estate is one of those. The first thing I noticed as I walked in was just the sense of light. You get that even before you start looking at the details. Grand floor to ceiling windows do not just give you a lot of sunlight but they frame the skyline beautifully. You actually get Burj Khalifa views from more rooms than you would expect plus in the evenings the skyscrapers twinkle just enough to remind you how close Downtown Dubai really is. But the garden seems to pull you outside anyway and honestly the quiet here is a little surprising for Dubai.
The home is fully furnished and you can see how much care has gone into choosing decor that matches the travertine and those creamy warm undertones. The colour scheme never really shouts and you almost do not notice it at first because everything just kind of blends. Sometimes you will find yourself slowing down just to notice it all. I spent a couple of minutes by the main living room window just watching a few birds in the grass and it made me think how even the busiest families might actually sit out in this garden. The pool is there too not just for the look but twenty two meters actually means you could swim some real laps if you wanted. Over by the barbecue area you can picture friends turning up for weekend lunches outside while kids drift in and out between the lawn and the deck.
Now the kitchens are worth talking about for a second because they do feel like places you could properly cook. Integrated Miele appliances are tucked away so it looks clean and calm but still ready for whatever meal you want to bother making. There is a dining area that lines up perfectly with the garden so you can just slide open the doors and spill outside without even thinking about it. The best thing is how different spaces flow into each other without feeling too open. There is an office with glass doors that is just far enough away from the action so it works if you need some quiet but you are not cut off.
Upstairs, the master suite is almost its own apartment. Huge walk in wardrobes are split into his and hers so there is actual space for people who live real lives. Private balcony is there for your morning coffee with that view looking out at Burj Khalifa again. Bath and shower are separate for those who appreciate both, and everything is soft and calm even with all the light pouring in. You will also notice guest bedrooms have proper en suites and more closet space than usual. Even the so called junior suites look out to partial Downtown views so nobody misses out. There is also a quiet lounge space tucked in between floors that just feels right for reading or napping. Sometimes the house is so peaceful you honestly might forget about your phone.
What some people forget to check is the basement but here it is left open intentionally. You can turn it into a gym if you are serious about fitness or maybe a home cinema space. Some might go for a bar or even leave it as a playroom for kids. The car park underground is big enough for six cars which is pretty rare and there is even a fancy elevator so going from top to bottom just feels easy. All the practical stuff is sorted too. There is a separate room for staff and even a dedicated laundry and prep kitchen so the main spaces stay clutter free.
With Dubai Hills Estate you get a lot more than just a home. The championship golf course is honestly one of the nicest in the city and you often catch a glimpse of gazelles early in the morning. There are always folks at the golf club restaurants and the mall nearby covers pretty much every everyday need without hassle. Parks and bike trails mean you still see families outside in the evening. Downtown is ten minutes away but it never really feels hectic here.
The only way to actually know if this villa feels right is to come see it and walk around. I am happy to answer any questions or just meet for a quick tour. At LuxuryProperty dot com we just want finding your next place to feel relaxed and comfortable so reach out any time.
