Maple At Dubai Hills Estate, Dubai Hills Estate
Some homes just feel like they know exactly how to welcome you in and this five bedroom villa in Maple at Dubai Hills Estate does it almost quietly. I remember pausing at the entrance for a second longer than usual just taking in that green view out back and thinking how rare that feeling is in Dubai. You get real privacy here because this is a corner unit at the edge of the row with nothing behind it but the green belt. There is actually a landscaped garden already done for you too so you can walk straight out to the grass or just kick back and watch the afternoon light run across the leaves.
If you are one of those people who believes a home should be bright and open this one works perfectly. Floor to ceiling windows mean mornings feel pretty special even if you are just making coffee and later on it all turns golden when the sun starts to drop. The open plan living area is not just for show either. I could imagine a big family meal or just that everyday kind of living where someone is watching TV and another is working at the kitchen island with music in the background. The kitchen actually feels like somewhere you would want to cook for real.
Something I really noticed here is how every space is practical with a natural sense of flow. Off the hallway there is a guest bedroom downstairs. Maybe you need it for family and friends but honestly it is a spot that could be anything. I have seen these as home offices where you can sneak off for a quiet call or even a playroom where you can still keep an ear out while you cook. Across from it the maid's room has its own bathroom so no one ever feels crowded.
Upstairs you find bedrooms two and three first and these are connected by a neat bathroom in between. No fights over who gets which bathroom here. The front bedroom has its own balcony too. It is big enough to put a little table out with two chairs and I could see the appeal of sitting there in the morning just watching the street wake up. Now the master bedroom really is something. When you walk in you get a sense of space and peace right away. The walk in closet is big enough for real storage and the private bathroom is sparkling clean and modern. My favorite part is the balcony that looks out over the garden and onto that green belt. Lazy weekends would probably start right there almost every time.
What makes Maple at Dubai Hills Estate so popular is not just the homes but the energy of the community. It feels alive without being busy if that makes sense. From this villa you can walk to the park in less than a minute. It is where you might see families out for a picnic or kids throwing a football in the evenings. The main pool is nearby too and sometimes you hear the happy noise of kids splashing and laughing when you walk past. There is always a sense of people just living life not really in a rush.
Location wise there is a reason Dubai Hills Estate has become the city's new favorite community. You are close to everything here without the stress of downtown traffic. Al Khail Road runs right by so whether you need to get to Dubai Marina or Downtown or even the airport it is a straight shot. For shopping and weekends The Dubai Hills Mall is a quick drive away or even walkable if you like a stroll. There are loads of schools in and around the estate and The Gems Wellington Academy is actually right here. When you need something fancier for a dinner out the golf course has its own restaurant where people linger outside in the late evening breeze or there is a gastropub if that is more your style. Kings College Hospital is also here and you barely ever hear a siren which just adds to that peaceful Dubai Hills energy.
I have spent some time in Maple and honestly it is the kind of place that makes slowing down easy. Sometimes you just find yourself sitting out in the garden a bit longer than you planned. If you are looking for a five bedroom house that feels lived in not just built I really think you need to walk through this one. Reach out any time if you want to come see it or even just ask a few questions. At LuxuryProperty.com we really just want your next move to feel like a good decision.
