Maple At Dubai Hills Estate, Dubai Hills Estate
Some homes make you slow down as soon as you walk in. This five bedroom villa at Maple in Dubai Hills Estate surprised me with that kind of feeling. The afternoon I visited, soft light was spilling through the windows and the whole place just felt kind of relaxed. You get that gentle hum from the trees outside and now and then you might hear a kid laughing in the distance. I just stood there for a bit and took it in. Not every home does that.
So this is a corner villa which gives it a little extra openness. There is just more sky and more view, especially if you are standing out by the garden. The built up area is around two thousand seven hundred square feet and the plot itself is a little over three thousand. Honestly it feels even larger when you walk through it. I think the way the windows are set up helps with that, letting you see long views, especially out over the park. There is actually this steady green view that makes the space feel quieter.
The living area is open plan like you would want in a modern place. The first thing you notice is you never feel boxed in. The kitchen is in a spot where you can still chat with someone who is lounging around or maybe keeping an eye on something cooking. It actually feels like somewhere you might want to cook a real meal, not just reheat. And the terrace is so close that on good mornings, you might just carry your coffee outside. You will probably end up doing that often. At least I would. The garden here is proper as well. Some places in Dubai, the gardens can be an afterthought, but here you get space for kids or a dog or even just to roll out a yoga mat below the trees.
The bedrooms have that cozy tone that makes it easy to imagine getting up slowly on a weekend. There are built in wardrobes so storage is sorted, plus all the rooms get natural light in that easy kind of way that settles everything down. The bathrooms use a nice marble finish. It is clean and never overdone. You can tell that everything is designed to be used properly. The master bedroom has its own terrace, so you can step out before anyone else is up and just watch the sunrise. Sometimes it is the simple stuff that makes a difference.
Parking is more than taken care of and covered so your car is not baking in the sun all day. With a corner villa like this, you pay attention to privacy a bit more and it actually works well here.
You are right inside Maple, which is honestly one of the easier communities to settle into. It is family focused but does not feel artificial or too planned. On weekends you see kids with scooters and sometimes families walking dogs in the afternoon. There are shaded pathways all through the estate for jogging or cycling. The park view from this villa really makes those evening walks kind of special.
For amenities you are about as covered as anywhere in Dubai. There are community swimming pools, playgrounds, basketball and even a spot for table tennis. Parents like that there are schools and daycares nearby. Hospital and even civil defense close by, which feels reassuring, especially if you have young ones. For groceries or coffee, honestly nothing is far. Downtown Dubai itself is just a short drive. Even the airport feels simple to get to from here.
Maple at Dubai Hills Estate was done by Emaar and they got the neighborhood feeling right. You get enough privacy, but the community is open enough that you end up knowing your neighbors. That is not so common these days in Dubai. I always say you should really walk through a place before you decide. If this feels like it could be your next home, come have a proper look. If you have questions, I am always here. At LuxuryProperty.com we just want to help make your move as comfortable as possible.
