Maple At Dubai Hills Estate, Dubai Hills Estate
Some homes just have a certain feel when you walk in and this five bedroom villa in Maple at Dubai Hills Estate gave me that as soon as I opened the door. There is a kind of calm that you just pick up on. Maybe it is the way the space opens up right when you step inside or honestly, the simple sounds from the park drifting in through the windows. You notice straight away that you are not crowded by other properties. The home sits on its own, backing onto this lovely park. I actually stood there a minute and watched a few families with prams going along the pathway and even some kids racing their bikes, just that everyday sort of happiness. The villa is part of a single row, so you get this real sense of space. It almost feels like the park is just an extension of your own garden.
One thing that really stood out for me about this place is how easy it feels to move through the rooms. There are two ways in, which is such a small thing but actually pretty useful. You might come in straight from the covered parking if you are carrying shopping or you could use the main entrance if you are welcoming friends. Walking through the ground floor, you will notice the open plan kitchen and the living area just makes it feel like everyone is together even when you are doing different things. The kitchen itself actually feels like somewhere you would enjoy making a proper meal. The terrace is right off this living space, so you can just open the sliding doors and let the outside in. I could actually picture long breakfasts on the terrace here, the kind where you are in no hurry and you just linger for a while.
You have a study or bedroom downstairs too plus a space for a maid, which has its own bathroom. The guest WC is there as well. Upstairs is where you find four more bedrooms. I walked up and what you feel immediately is light. The rooms just get so much sun during the day. Three of the bedrooms share what is called a jack and jill bathroom, with doors linking both sides, so everyone gets a bit of privacy but sharing does not feel like a hassle. There is also a balcony upstairs. Sometimes you get just the smallest view but in this villa you get a wide, almost panoramic look over the park and beyond, and in the mornings the air up here feels especially fresh.
Now, the master bedroom. Honestly, it is big. You get this walk in closet which is almost a room on its own. The bathroom has a double sink, so no one is fighting over space, and there is a good sized bathtub for when you actually want a proper soak. The master has its own private terrace too. I found myself just imagining a quiet weekend morning, a coffee in hand, leaning out over the edge for a moment before the world gets busy.
The plot is just over three thousand square feet, which means you have enough room for gardening or just letting the kids run around. The best part, honestly, is how connected you are without feeling closed in. The pool is just a short walk away along the jogging track. Sometimes after work you could really see yourself just heading down for a swim or an easy run through the green spaces that pretty much make up every part of Dubai Hills Estate.
Living in Maple at Dubai Hills gives you access to all those community perks. There are shops and little coffee places not too far off and most days you see neighbors actually saying hello. The villa is available for purchase, and the handover is set for May which is quite soon. Seventy percent of the payment is sorted, and the remaining part is due on handover, and if you are thinking about mortgage options, we can chat about that as well. It all just feels pretty straightforward.
I think some homes just make daily life a bit lighter. This is one of those. To really know if the villa fits, you have to step in yourself and just see how it feelsโtake a walk, listen to the sounds, maybe just sit for a minute. If you want to know more or want to pop round to see it yourself, feel free to ask anytime. At LuxuryProperty.com, we just want your next move to feel easy and right for you.
