I found myself just standing in the hallway for a minute, listening. There is this quiet that you do not often find in the city and every corner feels like it is made for actual living not some show house.

Right away you can tell the place is big but not overwhelming. The built up area is around three thousand four hundred square feet which gives everyone in the family some space to breathe. I walked through the main room and the sun hits just right in the afternoon. Big windows everywhere so you get all that warm Dubai light but the inside never feels too hot. The living and dining spaces just open into each other you do not even think about it it just feels natural. If you are the type that likes to host a few friends or have the family over for a relaxed dinner this space will probably make you smile.

The kitchen actually feels like somewhere you would cook for real no joke. Everything is modern but it does not shout about it. I noticed the appliances are all high quality and the counters are clean and sleek. Some of the other homes I have seen look almost too polished like you do not want to touch anything but not here. This kitchen feels inviting. Even if you just want to make your coffee in the morning and stand by the window watching the gardeners working outside it is a nice way to start the day.

Honestly the bedrooms made me wish I could have one for myself. The master suite is especially good. You get those lush green views of the golf course or lake so waking up here feels like you are out of the city even though Downtown Dubai is actually not that far. There is a walk in closet that does not waste any space and the bathroom felt more like a small spa than just a bathroom. The other bedrooms all have their own touches but what stood out for me was how quiet they are especially in the evenings when the sun sets over the golf estate.

Plus you can walk outside and there is actual life going on. Families strolling in the evenings kids on bikes every now and then that sort of thing. People tend to say Jumeirah Golf Estates is one of Dubai's top golf communities and after spending an afternoon here I get why. The gardens are well kept and you see people out walking but it never feels crowded. There is a state of the art fitness center if you like to keep moving or of course golf if you want to play a round or just watch the trees sway for a while. Swimming pools are spread around the community and if you feel like eating out the dining options are honestly much better than I expected. The coffee shop is never far so sometimes you almost forget your phone because you are not in a hurry.

Getting around is pretty easy too. You are close enough to the main roads so Mall of the Emirates or the Marina are just a quick drive. It is that balance of being connected to Dubai but having this peaceful patch to come home to.

It is hard to really explain the full feeling of the place through words and photos.
