Garden Homes Frond B, Garden Homes, Palm Jumeirah
Some homes just have that way of making you slow down the minute you walk in. This five bedroom villa in Garden Homes on the Palm Jumeirah does that and more. Honestly, I felt like I could have stood in the entryway for an hour just noticing all the details. It is a rare thing out here to find a place that feels both grand and really relaxed at the same time. That is the first thing you pick up on. The space just has a natural flow to it.
I remember opening the custom made front door and the first thing you spot is the light streaming in. All those white and grey finishes give off this clean and easy vibe and you start to notice the marble and granite on the walls. You do not expect that. It is brand new, completely vacant, so it is almost waiting for someone to give it a bit of life. That first few steps inside, you realize how much room there actually is. The villa has been extended quite a bit so it just keeps opening up in front of you. There is this gorgeous handcrafted staircase right in the center that actually feels like something from a magazine, but also like you could genuinely use it every day and not think twice.
Now bedrooms, there are five in total here and each one has its own en suite. Walk in wardrobes too, which you will definitely appreciate. You get one guest bedroom down on the ground floor, I found myself thinking how handy that is especially when family visits, no one has to climb stairs late at night. Four of them are set up to be proper master rooms, not your usual copy paste thing. Each space gives off this private, understated luxury and you can see the quality of the building in the doors and floors. The view from some of these rooms is pretty special too, especially in the morning.
The kitchen is something most people would want to see, I think. There are actually two, which surprised me. Both fitted out with Miele appliances. It is not just for show, these are kitchens you can tell someone cooked in, or at least wanted to. You could imagine big family get togethers or just throwing something in the oven for yourself late at night after a swim. There is this flow between cooking, eating and lounging that just makes sense for real daily living.
It is got a maid's room, actually two of them, with their own bathrooms. So if you like a bit of privacy for family and for staff, it is all thought out here. Parking too, four spaces in total, which is actually pretty rare on the Palm. I picked up on that because even in the busy hours, you know your car is waiting for you, not parked three roads away.
Step outside for a minute and there is something about the garden. It is Mykonos inspired and honestly, you do not need to jump on a plane to feel like you are somewhere on the Med. The landscaping makes it feel like you stepped into a small resort. Birds sometimes dip down over the pool, and you even hear the sea if you stand quietly enough at the right hour. With over seven thousand square feet of plot, I can just see kids playing or adults enjoying a late barbecue. Neighbors walk their dogs in the mornings and most of the week is pretty peaceful. The coffee shop is never far and the main road access means running errands is not stressful.
You are getting a high level of finish too. Minotti furniture pieces in some rooms, marble floors, every surface clean and polished. The privacy stands out here. This bit of Garden Homes on Palm Jumeirah feels sheltered, but you are only minutes to main Dubai hotspots. Think Atlantis or Nakheel Mall or dinner at The Pointe. You pretty much have the luxury of going out or just staying in and listening to the quiet.
At the end of the day, you really need to walk through a place like this to know if it is right. The pictures help but they do not show the way you feel when you open those doors or look out into the garden. If you want to come and get a feel for it yourself or just have a chat about life on the Palm, give me a shout. That next move should never feel rushed. At LuxuryProperty.com, we just want you to feel comfortable with wherever you want to call home next.
