Garden Homes Frond E, Garden Homes, Palm Jumeirah
Some homes just have that certain feeling when you step inside. I remember coming into this five bedroom villa in Garden Homes on Palm Jumeirah for the first time and just having a slow walk through the rooms. The sun was coming in wide through the windows and for a moment it just felt peaceful. That is probably the best part here. It is not only big with its five thousand square feet of indoor living, but the light makes all the difference. The place opens itself to the outside and you actually feel the sea from inside.
The architecture really stands out. You will see the Mediterranean lines mixed with little touches that remind you where you are, right here in Dubai. There is a sort of Arabesque detail if you look up or take in the arches around you. The white and sandy colors, they are comforting. It does not try too hard. Walking into the main living room, you will probably want to just sit for a minute and listen. You hear the soft sound of the water if you open a window a little. Sometimes, you almost forget to check your phone.
You get more than one living room here, which honestly makes a difference when family or friends visit. You have a spot for everyone to do their own thing. If you like to cook, you will like the kitchen. It is not just for show. There is space to actually cook together or even just have a slow breakfast in the morning when you are not rushing out. Most days, I would end up out on the first floor balcony with a coffee watching the water. Sometimes, the sound of the breeze is about all you need.
The bedrooms really are made for sleeping in. Built in wardrobes are there so you are not worrying about storage or clutter. Every bedroom is en-suite, so privacy is never a concern. The guest room feels tucked away nicely, and if you have people staying over, they feel comfortable and not in your way. There is a private study if you work from home or just need a quiet spot. Plus, there is even a lounge or games room where you can leave the shoes off and relax, maybe play something or just watch the sunset through the glass.
When you step outside, you forget the city for a bit. The pool area is right next to the villa and the garden is landscaped so you can have a few friends over or just sit outside after a long day. There is plenty of outdoor seating whether you are having tea in the afternoon or stretching out after a swim. The best part really, you get your own private beach. People sometimes imagine living on Palm Jumeirah and it feels out of reach, but here it feels surprisingly easy. You just walk straight down a few steps to the sand. I have seen families with small kids build sandcastles here after dinner when the sun is low.
Palm Jumeirah is always lively with coffee shops and places to eat nearby. It feels safe and you even see the occasional kid biking around in the evenings. The villa itself is not furnished so you can really bring your own taste and make it fit however you live. With a plot of seven thousand square feet, the outdoor space is something you will actually use. The fact that this home is available for short term rental makes it a wonderful option if you want something luxurious but also want to feel relaxed on holiday. Whether you are on a work break or just need a place to recharge, it works.
You can see the water everywhere you look. Some mornings you will want to just stand by the window for a bit and watch the edge of the sun on the waves. It is quiet most times. You notice the little things, like how every room has natural light in a way that just lifts your mood.
The only way to know if it feels right is to come see it. If you want to spend some time here or just have some questions, reach out any time. At LuxuryProperty.com, we try to make your next move feel as comfortable as possible.
