The views are hard to beat and you notice it more in the evenings when it cools down and the sun drops across the water.

Living in Jumeirah Islands just has its own rhythm. You can go for a run early in the morning and barely see a car. The neighborhood has that calm feeling people always say they want but rarely find. There is a coffee shop not far from the house where you see the same faces most mornings. Kids bike around in the afternoons. Groceries are quick to get with a few minutes' drive and you are never too far from main spots in Dubai but it still feels tucked away when you get home.

The pool area is really part of the whole lifestyle here. Some places say they have a private pool but here you really get it all to yourself plus space to barbeque or just read a book in peace. It is good for someone who likes to have people over but also fine if you just want it quiet some days.
