Lime Tree Valley, Earth, Jumeirah Golf Estates
Some homes just have a calm way about them even before you really step in. This five bedroom villa in Lime Tree Valley at Jumeirah Golf Estates definitely does that. I wandered in and straight away just noticed how much light moves around inside. There is something about the way the double height sitting area opens up as soon as you walk past the front door. You do not get that closed off feel at all here. It is all open and the light bounces off that white marble floor so you get this easy feeling of space. The wooden flooring catches your eye too it brings a bit of warmth that just works with all the natural light.
Honestly, you will probably want to take a minute by the window. The views onto the landscaped gardens feel peaceful. I stood there for a while and watched the sun touch the tops of the trees in the community. Birds flitting about and the pool just sitting there blue and clear. You can see the whole outdoor area from most spots in the house which is actually great if you have kids or if you like entertaining. The patio door pulls everything together I think. Sometimes the air even feels a bit cooler by the big glass doors especially early in the morning.
The main living area kind of flows into the dining room. You look up and you notice those big windows high up with the atrium style roof pouring light almost everywhere. You will probably be surprised by how it still feels cozy for such a big space. And the kitchen, I have seen a lot of kitchens that look good but do not invite you in. This one actually feels like somewhere you would want to make breakfast on a weekend. The Miele appliances are solid and the counters are black marble so you do not have to be precious every time you make coffee. There is a big family breakfast spot here which faces the pool as well so you do not have to leave the kitchen to feel connected to the rest of the house. If you like to cook more seriously or sometimes throw a bigger dinner, there is a full staff kitchen tucked behind so you can just focus on the meal and leave the clean up for later. I always think that is underappreciated.
Downstairs you also find an ensuite guest bedroom which works for family coming to stay or just friends from out of town. There is a proper study for when you really need some quiet even if you are working from home. I noticed that the driver and maid rooms are finished nicely too not just an afterthought which is rare.
Upstairs, there are four big bedrooms and each has its own terrace balcony. That outdoor space just off your room makes mornings feel quieter the sounds from the community are just far enough away. The built in wardrobes are roomy so you are not fighting for hanger space. The master suite is really where you see the attention to detail. Walk through wardrobe so you can just keep moving instead of tripping over shoes, plus a dressing area that actually fits more than just a chair. The ensuite is bright and has this open layout and then there is an outdoor shower tucked away private but open to the sky. That one caught me off guard in a good way.
Outside you really get that family life. The pool is big enough for laps but not so big you are always scooping leaves. There is a jacuzzi tucked in as well. Sometimes you can smell food on the grill from the neighbors or see kids playing nearby. The built in terrace seating just works whether it is coffee in the mornings or just hanging out with friends after dinner.
Jumeirah Golf Estates is one of those places where you see people out walking dogs or taking their time in the afternoons and the Lime Tree Valley area has kind of its own rhythm. The clubhouse and the restaurants are a quick drive or you can just walk if you have a bit more time. The coffee shop is almost always busy but in that slow way not rushed.
At the end of the day, the best way to know if this villa feels like home is to see it for yourself. If you have any questions or you just want to come walk through for a bit you can always reach out. At LuxuryProperty.com we just try to make moving feel as easy as possible.
