Fairway Vistas, Dubai Hills, Dubai Hills Estate
Some homes just have a certain feel from the minute you notice them on the street. This five bedroom villa in Dubai Hills really stands out like that. I remember watching the light catch the edge of those big metal double doors out front and honestly, you know straight away you're about to step into something special. The villa sits as a proud corner plot so you get all this open feeling, with greenery along the back and park views that make things feel private when you want them to be but never closed off.
Stepping inside, you cannot help but look up. The entry hall has that full double height ceiling and there is so much art and colour around, it kind of wakes you up. The main living space is huge, with floor to ceiling windows running along both sides. Morning sun reaches clear across the lounge, so you do not even need to worry about lights for half the day. The kitchen actually feels like a place you would want to spend time in if you enjoy cooking for real not just takeout and there's space for everything here. A little tucked away is the informal dining area, and next door to that there's another dining room that, if I am honest, feels like it would make a brilliant office if you do not need two eating spaces.
Bedrooms are spread out in a way that actually feels natural not squashed up in one wing. Downstairs you get a really private guest suite with its own terrace and entrance so visitors can come and go without crossing through the whole house. Upstairs, the master is genuinely spacious with the kind of walk in wardrobe that is almost another room. You also get three other junior suites, all with their own balconies which is nice if you like some peace in the evenings or just want to catch a breeze. I noticed all the wardrobes and doors are finished in oak and the quality just feels good. It is not flashy but solid and comfortable.
The outside is kept simple. Green lawns trimmed up tidy, flowers and bushes in the right places so it is colourful without being fussy. There is a water feature that trickles away on either side of the front door and I caught myself stopping there for a bit, just listening on a quiet afternoon. Out back, you get a pretty massive terrace, a shower, and then the pool. That pool seems to pull you out there especially when the sky has those pink and orange Dubai sunsets. There is loads of space for parties or just to sit quietly, especially if you like getting a bit of sun. There's potential to add your own touches like maybe an outdoor bar or kitchen space if you like entertaining.
Beneath everything is a basement that does a lot of the work for you. Gym, laundry, storerooms, space for three cars inside and two just outside under cover so you will not fuss over parking. The villa is clever like that, making everyday things like storage and helpers easy without it feeling too busy.
The roof terrace is one of my favourite spots. You can stand up there and see right across to Downtown Dubai and the Burj Khalifa and then off to Jumeirah Village Circle and Dubai Marina. You get the golf course laid out in front, especially pretty in the early morning, and there's a spot for an outdoor kitchen already set up. Feels like a proper extension of the house not just some afterthought.
Dubai Hills Estate itself is a proper community. People walk dogs, you see families with kids on bikes, and the golf course brings a nice green calm to everything. There's the Dubai Hills Mall close by and both the Duck Hook and Brasserie are places you'll hear people talk about at the clubhouse. It is ten minutes to Downtown but somehow you feel a bit more relaxed than in the city itself.
Honestly, you have to walk through to see if this all lines up with how you want to live. If you want to know anything else or just want to see if it feels right in person, let me know. We always want your move with LuxuryProperty.com to feel as comfortable as it can be.
