Chorisia 1 Villas, Al Barari
Some homes just shift your mood right away. I stepped into this five bedroom villa in Chorisia 1 Villas out in Al Barari and honestly just sort of paused at the entrance. A bit of cool air. Softer light. The Chorisia tree at the centre of the house draws your eye for a second and you kind of stop to look. You start thinking it already feels like a different pace of life.
Al Barari has this way of feeling a little like a retreat. Things seem quieter. The green is everywhere and sometimes you catch the scent of actual flowers when you walk along the paths. It is not really what you expect in Dubai. Here you get a mix of all that greenery plus these modern villas tucked carefully into the landscape. I like how you do not have to go far to find a really good coffee or a proper meal. There is a gourmet restaurant here in the community. Plus the Heart and Soul spa which people seem to talk about even outside Al Barari. You also spot families heading to yoga classes or friends meeting up for walks under the trees. Sometimes you see kids running around without a care outside the houses and it just feels easy.
Now about the villa itself. The outside is sharp and has that bold modern look you see in magazines sometimes. But inside it softens up right away. I walked into the kitchen and thought I would actually use it. Marble tops feel nice under your hands and all the appliances are built in and you can tell someone spent real time setting this up the right way. The kitchen is open to the rest of the living space so if you are busy in here you are still part of what is going on in the house.
Natural light seems to spill everywhere through floor to ceiling windows. I actually stood in the living room for a bit and watched how the afternoon sun moved across the floors. It brings a special warmth in, makes the whole place feel lived in and welcoming. Everywhere you look out is green too. The study downstairs is surprisingly light and not boxed in at all so if you are working from home it does not feel like a chore. There is a room for the maid on the ground floor as well and all the usual things you would expect thoughtfully tucked away.
Going upstairs the landing is much more open than you might think. That tree in the centre draws your eye up and through all the levels. You get three proper bedrooms on the first floor and each one has a walk in closet and their own bathroom. You'll also notice the spaces have been designed wide and uncluttered. The family area up here kind of invites you to kick back in the evenings, maybe read or just let the day slow down for a bit.
Head up again and you will find two more bedrooms up on the second floor. Both really decent sized and with their own bathrooms again so everyone has their own space. There is also a big terrace up here and honestly this is probably where you'll want to have your morning coffee or stretch out on cooler days. The green views from up here are something else and surprisingly private for a Dubai villa.
Out back the plot is just over 4700 square feet and you could easily put in your own pool or build out your own garden and still have room to let the kids or your dog run around. I see a lot of people do their own thing with the outdoor space here. In Al Barari it feels like everything is made to let you slow down a little and actually enjoy being home. Yet nothing feels far. The mall is a short drive and schools are nearby if you need them.
Properties in Chorisia 1 Villas do not come up all the time. To really know if it suits you, you kind of have to see it for yourself and just let the house show itself a little. If you want a walkthrough or you just have questions about living in Al Barari I am around. At LuxuryProperty.com we just want to help you find that place that feels right.
