Skyhills Residences, Dubai Science Park
Sometimes you walk into a building and you can just tell it is set up for real life, not just show. That is the feeling you get when you step into Skyhills Residences over at Dubai Science Park. This one bedroom apartment just seems to slow things down for a second and you find yourself picturing actual evenings and mornings here instead of just ticking off boxes on a list. Sometimes you can even forget you are still inside Dubai when you are looking out across that new park they have built right behind the towers. The green space is big enough that you get those city views but with a soft edge. I stopped for a while and just watched people walking and you do see a lot of families and people just out enjoying the day.
Skyhills Residences is still coming up but construction is already moving. You will hear the energy of something new but also the feeling that a lot of people have already chosen to make this their spot. So you really do get that sense of a building that is coming to life, not just one big advertisement. You can tell they have thought about making day to day living easy. You have Umm Suqeim Street almost next door which I know for a fact saves a lot of time if you have to get across town or just head out somewhere. There is talk of the metro coming soon so maybe you will get even more options. Plus there is that hospital just a couple of minutes away if you need anything urgent and it is already open. Sometimes those things are glossed over but when you actually need them you are going to be so glad they are right outside.
Okay talking about inside now because that is where you would actually live. The apartment has a kind of natural flow to it. The bedroom is bright without feeling exposed. Kitchen space is not too showy but it actually feels like you would want to make your own breakfast here or brew coffee and sit by the window looking out at the park below. I checked out one of the units with furniture in place and you could really see how someone might set up a little desk or reading chair and still have room for everyday things. It does not feel cramped at all. That is partly because of how the towers are placed and just the shape of the building itself. You get enough privacy without that boxed in apartment feeling.
Walking around the podiums you start to notice all the things you might take for granted somewhere else. Jogging track wraps you around the base but you also have this beach pool and it is not the usual small patch of water either. Sometimes you can just see people lying on those sunken sunbeds or reading while the kids are jumping in the water nearby. There is a volleyball court which is always busy in the evenings especially when the weather cools down just a bit. Little kids do have their own play area too. I honestly think if you are into working out the gym here is huge. Feels more like a proper facility not just a room with a few weights.
And the best part is you never have to go far for the basics. Ground level has that small mart where you can pick up essentials plus a barber shop and salon so you are not running around the city every time you need something simple. Pharmacy is onsite too which always comes in handy.
Dubai Science Park itself is a good place for both families and singles. Schools and shopping malls are scattered all around so you do not feel cut off. You do see kids biking in the evenings and people catching up over coffee on balconies or down by the cafes. The landscaping is still growing but you can see how green it is going to get in the next year or so. Honestly it just feels settled. Not too busy not too quiet.
The only way you can really know if Skyhills Residences is your place is to come and have a look. Reach out if you want to see it or even just chat about what life here is like. At LuxuryProperty.com we just want you to feel sure about your next move. Let us know if you feel that little something when you see it for yourself.
