Park Heights 1, Park Heights, Dubai Hills Estate
Some homes just make you feel like you belong the second you walk in. I got that feeling right away in this three bedroom apartment in Park Heights at Dubai Hills Estate. There is something welcoming about it. Maybe it is how the light comes in strong through those huge windows. Maybe it is just the layout. Either way, you notice it as soon as you step inside.
You come in, and honestly the living space just flows. There is this open area where you can picture a sofa, friends laughing, the TV on in the background. The dining spot actually feels good for both a busy weekday breakfast or a longer dinner where nobody needs to rush off. There were a couple birds out on the balcony railing the last time I was there. That balcony stretches out from the living space and it looks right over the boulevard, so if you like sitting with a coffee in the mornings or watching the city blush at sunset, you will probably use it a lot more than you first expect.
Now the kitchen in here does not feel only for show. It has this breakfast bar that almost begs you to sit and have your cereal or just scroll your phone in the morning. There is room to actually cook. The oven and everything else are all really decent quality, and all the storage means you will not have to leave pots out everywhere. It connects right back into the main space, so even if you are just heating up takeaway or actually putting a meal together, you will not miss out on any of the conversation.
The bedrooms are all lined up away from the main living space. I liked that. Each one gets daylight and does not feel cramped at all. The master has plenty of space for a big bed and even a little corner if you need a quiet spot to read or chuck on a chair for your bag. The bathroom in the master is actually really nice. Proper shower, good water pressure too, which is the sort of thing you do not think about until you use it. The other two bedrooms still feel roomy and they share a bathroom that did not feel like an afterthought at all. The built in wardrobes are always a plus if you are like me and want everything tucked away.
Dubai Hills Estate as a community just feels easy. Sometimes it almost feels like you have your own little city within a city. The building is right next to these walking trails and parks. If you walk in the evenings you will spot people out with strollers or riding bikes. There are playgrounds that always seem busy after school lets out. A gym on site makes it simpler to fit in a workout, and there is a pool that gets enough sun without feeling totally exposed. Saw a couple of friendly games of tennis happening last weekend. If yoga is your thing, there is a yoga spot that is actually used by people who live here, not just for pictures.
One of the nice parts is how you do not have to drive far for anything. Dubai Hills Mall is basically down the road from the building. You have got shops for clothes and a giant supermarket with more imported food than you can imagine. I even walked to one of the cafes with a friend, sat outside, just people watched for a bit. A couple of the best schools are surprisingly easy to reach, plus hospitals are not far either. Getting in and out of Dubai Hills takes less time than most people think, with quick links to the city and other main spots.
The price here makes sense for what you get and for this part of Dubai. But in the end, places like this are not just about money or square footage. It is more about how you feel when you come home. If you want to come get a real feel for it, just get in touch. I am always around to show you Park Heights and help you figure out if Dubai Hills Estate is right for you. At LuxuryProperty dot com, we are more about making you feel at home than anything else.
