Parks are everywhere and if you like running or even just walking around in the evenings, the green space makes a difference. You will notice kids playing soccer sometimes. It feels lived in.

Parking is easy too. I know that sounds small, but it matters. Security is polite and not in your face. Even on busier weekends, getting in and out does not feel complicated.
