Beach Isle, Emaar Beachfront, Dubai Harbour
Some places just put you at ease the second you walk in and honestly this one bedroom apartment at Emaar Beachfront is one of those spots. Right after stepping inside I sort of slowed down a little not on purpose it just felt like a calm place. You get this clean open space with sun streaming in the windows and you can actually see the water shimmering if you lean in by the glass a bit. There is something nice about that calm blue all around. It just makes your morning coffee hit a bit different.
Living here really means you are in a spot that most people in Dubai spend whole weekends trying to get to. Look outside and you will spot the marina with those slow moving boats and in the evenings you catch hints of sunset on the waves. Sometimes I imagine you could almost forget the busy city is right there behind you. The kitchen is not one of those show kitchens you see in brochures either. It is roomy and the counter space means you could actually try out those recipes you have been saving. The appliances all feel fresh and you know right away someone has really thought about making it easy to use. There is storage for days. Even if you do not cook much you can see how this could turn into a bit of a social spot for friends or just chilling without needing to go out.
The bedroom just works. It has a soft feel. The light is different in there maybe it is the way the windows are placed. The built in wardrobes take care of the whole suitcase problem for good. I stood at the window for a bit and actually watched the world go by little boats tourists people jogging along the front. You are up high enough to have some peace but not so high it feels far away from anything.
Now about Emaar Beachfront itself the vibe here is a little exclusive but it does not feel closed off. People are friendly. You notice it in the small things like the security guys saying hello and families heading to the beach. Speaking of which the private beach is just down the lift you can kick off your shoes and wander out for a swim in maybe sixty seconds. The pool is just as good for those days when you do not feel like sand on your feet. I have to mention the gym too it is better than most hotel ones I have seen and honestly if you actually want to use it you will like how airy and fresh it feels.
You do not really have to deal with Dubai traffic here much because everything is close. Coffee shops little markets places to grab food all these are walking distance. Plus Dubai Marina is just over there. If you want Downtown fine it is not far at all maybe fifteen minutes by car if you catch the right lights. Even getting out for the weekend is easy with main roads close by so you are not stuck planning trips like a military operation.
Maybe the best part is it just does not feel like somewhere you would get tired of. Even on a regular Wednesday you can look out over the water and see something happening. Kids playing down by the sand joggers more dogs than you expect for Dubai. It is busy and quiet at the same time.
The thing about this apartment is it works for so many situations. If you are a first time buyer if you want to pick a good location if you just want a place that feels right without being over the top this should be on your shortlist. The only way to know if it fits is to see it in person though. If you think this could be your next place or just want a closer look reach out any time.
