Seapoint, Emaar Beachfront, Dubai Harbour
Some places just make you feel lighter as soon as you get inside. That is what happened to me with this two bedroom apartment in Sea Point Tower 1, right at Emaar Beachfront in Dubai Harbour. I walked in and kind of forgot about my phone for a minute, just got pulled straight to the windows. The view really does all the talking. There is just ocean and sky and you can spot some yachts dotting the water. It is the kind of view you end up watching way longer than you mean to, just letting time slow down. The thing you notice right away about this Emaar Beachfront apartment is the light. Huge windows all along the living room and both bedrooms. Full on daylight from morning to late afternoon. It just makes the rooms feel bigger, easier to breathe in. I remember thinking how you can actually read or have coffee anywhere in here without flipping on all the lights.
The space itself is a good size for Dubai, about 1358 square feet, and it honestly feels even bigger. The wood floors add this warm touch, you almost want to kick off your shoes. There is stone on the counters and carefully chosen handles on every cabinet. Little things like that tell you someone took their time designing it to be lived in for real, not just photographed. The kitchen sits just off the living space and it feels open but still cozy. I could imagine someone actually cooking at home here, maybe with some friends at the breakfast bar, while you look out toward the water. It is not just a kitchen to heat up leftoversโspills would not be a disaster here.
Both bedrooms feel set up for real living too. The main bedroom gives you enough space to stretch or just watch the boats in the marina before you even get up. The windows kind of frame the view like a picture. In both rooms you have these corners that suit a reading chair or a quiet desk. No cramming things into closets, no fighting for space. The ensuite bathroom is understated and clean, soft colours and nice tiles underfoot. I think a lot of people would like how it never feels cold or too modern. Just simple and easy.
You can move from one end of the apartment to the other without ever running into those awkward corners you sometimes get. The open living and dining area pulls you in naturally. Friends will end up grouping around the balcony doors or slouching into the big sofa because it just feels right. The balcony itself looks out over the marina and the beachโon some quiet mornings you can take your coffee out and just listen to the breeze, with the city fading into the background.
Living in Emaar Beachfront is really something on its own. The building is right in Dubai Harbour, so you are only minutes from the marina walk, but when you are up here on the ninth level you feel a world away. Downstairs, the pool opens right onto the sand. Sometimes I saw a few people sunbathing, sometimes a group of kids splashing around. The gym is actually nice enough that people use it, not just to show off. You have views out over the water even on the treadmill. There are these little coffee shops always close byโsometimes you see people heading there just for a takeaway before a walk along the marina. The play area is shaded, too, so kids are out until evening laughing with their families. Every detail adds to this easygoing, beachy atmosphere.
Dubai Harbour itself is always full of life, from the buzzing cafes to the sounds of boats in the distance. But honestly, once you get up to your apartment, those city sounds fade away. You are just left with the sea and sky. Sometimes you almost forget how close you are to everything.
So really, if you are looking for an apartment for sale in Emaar Beachfront, this one at Sea Point Tower 1 is worth seeing in person. You get the best of Dubai Harbour, the kind of views that never get old, and that easy feeling you only find by the sea. If you want to come by or just talk it through, give me a shout any time.
