Collective Tower 2, Collective, Dubai Hills Estate
Some places just feel welcoming before you even sink into a sofa. That is honestly the vibe as soon as you set foot in this corner two bedroom apartment at Collective in Dubai Hills Estate. You sort of catch yourself admiring the light coming in from every direction and realizing how peaceful it is up here, even though there are so many things happening just steps away.
Every time I visit one of these apartments I find myself standing in the middle of the living space for a bit. Something about the layout here just flows real easy. You get an open plan kitchen and living area that does not try to separate you from your family or friends even while someone is making coffee or actually cooking, not just microwaving dinner and hoping for the best. If you are the type to host or just like not being boxed in after a day out, it feels natural, and honestly, nicer than most.
Bedrooms are tucked away enough that you actually get some privacy. The windows are big and if you leave them open for a while you do get a soft breeze, especially in the cooler months. Nights are quieter here than you might expect. Sometimes, from this corner unit, you see people going for evening walks or kids with their bikes around. There is a nice energy but never so much noise that you cannot tune out the world and just relax.
Speaking of energy, Dubai Hills Estate always feels like it has something going on without ever being too much. The new Dubai Hills Mall is literally a five minute walk away. I have taken that walk myself and honestly, even when it is busy, it is a breeze. If you ever crave a croissant or a perfect cup of coffee, or you need to grab something quick for dinner, it is all right there. You will find top international shops but also small local places that actually know their regulars. There is even a park not far away and you will see people picnicking or taking their dogs out on weekends. It kind of feels like a real little world within the city.
Back in the apartment, details make it practical as much as they make it pretty. You will notice plenty of storage in the bedrooms and the kitchen, so you are not piling things on counters or stressing over where to put groceries. The finishes do not try too hard. Clean and modern. It works if you like to keep things simple or if you want to add your own colorful touches because nothing clashes. At seven hundred forty five square feet, it is not the biggest you will ever see in Dubai but you are getting a corner spot which really does add light and an extra bit of privacy. Feels like you own a small slice of sky.
Amenities in Collective are actually used, not just for the brochure. The gym gets sunlight and has good equipment, so you do not feel like you are working out in a cave. The swimming pool is busy on weekends especially with families but there is always a space to lay back for a bit. If you have little ones there are spaces for them to play which always gets a plus with parents I have helped before. It is one of those communities where everyone really does seem to know the neighbors a bit.
And of course, being offered vacant on transfer, this is one of those rare moments where you can just decide when you want to move in. No waiting around hoping a tenant moves or dealing with too many surprises. Just sort your paperwork and pick your move date. That is not so common here and is a big deal for a lot of buyers.
It might just be your next favorite place to come home to. Or a smart investment that actually feels good to own. Either way, you are welcome to come see it in person. Photos and words can only do so much. If you have any questions or just want to walk around the place yourself, reach out any time. At LuxuryProperty dot com we want your next move to feel as easy as it should.
All the details you need about your favorite property, neatly packed into one handy file.
