Collective 2.0, Dubai Hills Estate
Some places give you that feeling as soon as you walk in, and honestly, this two bedroom apartment at Collective 2.0 in Dubai Hills Estate just has it. I actually stood at the window for a bit when I first visited and watched the afternoon sun swimming across the pool below. It is this mid floor corner unit, not too high or low, just high enough so you can look out but still catch the sounds of kids playing below or maybe some birds early in the morning if you wake up before the city gets going.
The apartment is about seven hundred thirty one square feet, but it really does not feel small at all. There is just so much daylight. The glass in the living area stretches along the walls and honestly the way the light hits the floors makes you want to sit down with a coffee and just slow down a little. The whole space is open plan, so the kitchen flows straight into the lounge. The kitchen itself is not just for show either. It actually looks like a spot where you would cook something real, not just throw in a microwave meal. It has all the modern appliances tucked neatly away, plus there is a spot that just feels right for a morning coffee setup. You can see right out while you cook or chat with a friend at the dining table. Little things like that make it feel more like home than just an apartment.
The bedrooms are just as good. They are cozy, no doubt, but the best thing is how quiet it feels inside them, like you can really escape from the rest of your day. The windows frame the pool view so even if you are just lying on your bed scrolling your phone or reading you feel connected to what is happening outside. The closets are deeper than you expect too. The main bedroom has its own bathroom of course, and honestly the privacy is a treat especially if you ever have a guest stay over or need a little space at the end of a long week.
And the community itself is such a big part of why people love living at Dubai Hills Estate. Collective 2.0 is not just a name. It feels like a real place to live. Downstairs there is a little bakery that always smells like fresh bread in the mornings and some days I think half the building passes through to grab coffee before they go to work. There is a cinema room for when you do not feel like heading out to the mall and just want a low key night with popcorn and friends. The gaming room is usually buzzing in the evenings if you ever want to join in or just watch. There is even a dedicated spot for working from home. I have seen people bring their laptops and settle in with another coffee. Some days it almost feels like you do not have to go anywhere else.
For anyone who likes to keep active, there is a gym that has everything you need, and the pool downstairs is probably my favorite part in the late afternoon when the sun starts to dip and the water goes gold. If you ever get the urge to be out in the greenery, Dubai Hills Park is just outside. Some mornings you spot people jogging or families walking together. The atmosphere is easy and not rushed at all.
Plus, you are really close to Dubai Hills Mall which does make those shopping or dinner runs super easy. I have probably spent too long wandering there myself and honestly, it feels great being able to walk back home with whatever you picked up.
The price is one million seven hundred forty thousand AED, which for this space and location, just feels fair. But honestly, numbers do not tell you much about how it actually feels inside. The only way to know if it is the right fit is to come see it for yourself. If you want to have a look around or just have some questions, I am always happy to chat. At LuxuryProperty.com, we want your next move to feel as relaxed as it should be.
