The hallway is wider than most city flats honestly and has that old world charm that Marbella's classic estates are famous for. If you like people watching just step out onto one of the terraces and look down over the promenade. There is always someone walking a dog or out for an early morning run. It is easy to forget you are in one of Spain's most exclusive neighborhoods because you get direct access to the beach and everybody just moves a bit slower here.
Inside, the lounge stretches right out to the gardens. You will probably want to leave the doors open to let the scent of jasmine drift in when the weather is mild. The gardens are big enough to host barbecues for everyone you know, and with the swimming pool sparkling right in the center, it just calls for lazy afternoons. There is a proper bar tucked to one side. Not a fancy nightclub thing. More like somewhere to chat over tapas while the kids do cannonballs.
The dining room really caught my eye. A big vaulted ceiling with a skylight that lets in so much light, even on one of those surprisingly cool Spanish days. Honestly it just feels easy to picture family dinners here, or even breakfast with the newspaper. If you actually like to cook, the kitchen has everything you need. It is set up for real meals, not just quick snacks and has its own entrance, which is handy if you have guests or want someone to help without everyone bumping into each other.
The master suite almost feels like a mini apartment. You get the walk in wardrobe, of course, and your own stretch of terrace that faces the sea. I stood there for a minute just to watch the sunlight bounce over the water. You almost forget your phone. There are two more bedrooms with their own bathrooms, and two others sharing a bathroom, probably the spot for kids or close friends. Each bedroom has its own personality, not just a generic box for sleeping.
The nice surprise here are the guest apartments. Two are tucked away for privacy, each with two bedrooms and their own little living areas. I think guests would love that feeling of having their own space to relax or even just make a late night coffee without waking everyone up. Plus each has a private entrance, so if people come and go at odd hours, it just works.
If you love watching films or even hosting big gatherings, there is a cinema room on the ground floor. Add to that an industrial kitchen and some useful storerooms that make organizing big family get togethers or parties actually do able. There are two guest toilets for convenience which matters more than you think.
Upstairs you will stumble across another guest apartment, again with its own living and kitchen space and two bedrooms with bathrooms. For multi generation families or friends who like their own freedom, this makes a huge difference.
Then there is the independent guest house set right within the gardens. It has a comfortable living area, full kitchen, and direct access to its own terrace and garden. Downstairs is an en suite bedroom, and upstairs three more suites. Perfect for extended family visits or giving friends their own retreat while still being close.
Staff also get their own house, separate from the main spaces, with two bedrooms and multipurpose rooms that could be anything from a home gym to a craft space or library. The four car garage gives all the space you might need for vehicles or weekend toys.
The beach is your backyard, honestly. Sometimes you will see kids riding their bikes along the promenade or just hear the waves late at night. You get a feeling here that is hard to describe. Stroll into Marbella's best restaurants or just pick up coffee nearby whenever you like.
