Some homes just have a certain kind of peace as soon as you walk in and honestly you cannot always describe it until you are there. This waterfront residence at 41 Arvida Parkway in Miami is one of those places. From the first step inside you get the feeling that life could get a lot simpler here. Maybe it's the sunlight reflecting off the bay or just the way the rooms seem to invite you to slow down and stay a little longer. I remember standing near the giant windows and getting caught up watching boats drift by with the Miami skyline in the distance. Sounds cheesy maybe but the views do pull you in.
This villa sits on what you'd call a signature V shaped point lot and trust me it is something you have to walk out and see for yourself. You are completely surrounded by water. There's this feeling like the sea and the skyline are there just for you. The property stretches across fifty four thousand square feet. That is just the land. The home itself is far from stuffy though. There is nothing formal or stiff about the flow here. You can move from one room to the next and outside onto these terraces that are built for hanging out but also for really taking in the endless open ocean and downtown Miami views. I left my phone in my bag for almost an hour, which says a lot.
The outdoor spaces here are not just for show. I actually sat for a minute near the infinity edge pool, designed by Estudio Arque with SICIS glass mosaic, and ended up staying far longer than I expected. The way the pool blends with the bay makes it look like it just rolls right into the water. You catch all the colors at sunset and it is something you will probably never get bored of. Plus, there are plenty of spots for friends to gather or just read quietly if you prefer. Sometimes you'll see herons near the water or kids learning to paddleboard in the quiet parts of the day.
Inside, everything feels top of the line but not in a way that makes you nervous about putting your feet up. The kitchen is a Mick De Giulio design and even if you are not a chef you can tell it was made for people who actually use their kitchens. Big island space for prepping or even just hanging out with friends plus all the latest appliances. The living areas are open and you notice straight away how much glass there is so you never really lose sight of the water. The ceilings are high but not cold. It feels easy to picture mornings here with coffee and maybe the paper if you still read one.
Upstairs the principal suite is something else. You walk in through a grand entrance and get hit right away by more of those sweeping ocean views. There is a spa style bath and shower tucked away in a spot that feels really private. The dressing room has enough space for anyone's wardrobe and it is custom built so everything has a place. Actually, all eight bedrooms have good light and views and I kept thinking how there does not seem to be a bad room in the whole house. The home is unfurnished which I actually like because you can bring your own style completely or just start fresh.
If you are into boating you should know there is a one hundred forty foot boat dock right on your property and it handles up to a two hundred foot mega yacht if that is your thing. There is space for up to five cars in the garage and even a spot for a captain's quarters because in Miami sometimes you really need that. The location in Florida's Miami community means culture, great restaurants and shops are not far at all and most days just have that relaxed Miami vibe. The coffee scene here is good too and you will find neighbors taking evening walks or biking along the water. Sometimes you almost forget you are right in a major city.
Honestly the only way to know if 41 Arvida Parkway is the right waterfront residence for you is to feel it for yourself. I am always around for questions or just to walk you through what life might look like here. At LuxuryProperty.com, we want your next move to feel just right so reach out anytime.
