I just kept thinking you could actually cook for a crowd in here if you wanted to. There is even a walk in fridge you can make a proper grocery trip and fit it all with no problem. The main Mia Cuccina kitchen just feels ready for the holidays or some big family dinner. Even if you are not into cooking it is just a nice space to hang out. 

Sometimes these big homes look nice but do not feel warm but this one does. The living area opens straight up to the pool and you get those bay views all day. Honestly it is hard not to wander outside. The pool is temperature controlled so even if the weather does its thing you just swim anyway. The outdoor space is a little private sanctuary. You can hear a bit of the water and a breeze most days. There is also a home office if you need a quiet place for Zoom calls or actual work not just for show. I spent a bit of time in there and the light coming through is pretty great for those long work days. 

Movie nights hit different here too. There is a home theater and you can actually fit the whole family and whoever else. You will also notice there is a two car garage so no worries about parking. 

You get seventy five feet right on the water which is not easy to find in Miami Bay Harbor Islands. The plot is generous and you feel the space around you. The villa is unfurnished right now which means you have a clean slate. Put your own style on it take your time so it does not have to look like every other place.
