7 Bedroom Villa for Sale at Málaga, Nueva Andalucía

Some homes just pull you in the second you step up to the front door. That is honestly what happened when I first visited this seven bedroom villa in Nueva Andalucía. It has this peaceful energy to it. Maybe it is the way the sunlight finds its way through the big windows or maybe it is the quiet that comes with looking right over the golf course. There is this sort of hush to the place which I did not expect.

You walk in and it is all wide open spaces. Not in that echoing empty way but more like air just moves through here. The living area is big enough that people can spread out and no one will bump elbows. Plus you get these views over the landscaped garden that always seem to catch my eye. If you like a breakfast with a view or the idea of just reading a book by the window while the sun starts to set I think you will understand what I am talking about. You can actually smell the grass in the evening which is something I am personally a fan of.

Now the kitchen is probably my favourite part. It is proper. Not just one of those places you show off but never touch. The appliances are the sort you see chefs use in their own places. You could make a big meal here with family and friends or even just sneak in for a midnight snack. Cabinets are custom and everything feels like it is just where it should be. The kitchen flows straight into the dining room. I actually paused there right by the table just picturing what a weekend meal would feel like with the doors open and maybe a breeze coming in from the garden.

Bedrooms. Somehow every time I walked into another one I thought okay this must be the master. Turns out they are all beautiful in their own way. The actual primary suite though is something else. Big enough to have its own lounge space where you could just relax with a book or take a call away from the rest of the house. There are two dressing rooms with custom wardrobes you will not outgrow. The bathroom tries not to show off but cannot help itself. There is a tub that looks out over the garden and a shower so big it feels more like a spa than a bathroom. Even got these double vanities so there is no battle for the sink in the morning. Step out to a private terrace for coffee in the morning or a quiet soak in the jacuzzi right at night. You see straight over the greens of the golf course. The world feels far away when you are up there.

The garden and terrace do most of their talking in the evening I think. You get that glow off the pool as the sun drops down. The pool is heated by the way so you can swim any time of year. There is a lot of space for people to just be outside. Kids could play on the grass while someone fires up the barbecue or you might just have a lazy afternoon in a hammock. There is parking for six cars which is handy if you have guests. The whole property is secured behind gates so you just sort of relax about everything.

There are some touches I did not expect. An annex set off from the main house with its own gym that actually looks like a place you would want to use. There is a private spa area with a proper Turkish bath and sauna and a massage suite that just smells amazing. There is even a cinema room with a wet bar that makes movies here a little extra special. Underfloor heating keeps everything cosy in the winter and the air conditioning is central so even those hot days in Málaga are comfortable. Staff quarters are separate too which keeps things really easy for everyone.

Maybe the best thing here is it just feels ready. Nothing you need to fix or worry about. Honestly I can picture family get-togethers or just quiet weekends where you barely touch your phone. Everything is about comfort here. And the golf course views are never the same two days in a row. You see locals heading out early for the first tee time or the way things settle to quiet in the afternoon.
