Some places just have their own pace the second you arrive. This seven bedroom villa in Marbella feels exactly like that. I found myself pausing by the front entrance just to take in the quiet sound of the water features and the way the gardens seem to wrap around the house. Honestly it is hard not to slow down here. The Mediterranean light hits just right and there's something about the air up close to the Sierra Blanca mountain that makes you breathe a little deeper.
The location sits right on the Golden Mile, which if you know Marbella, means everything pretty much feels close but not crowded. When I visited, I could hear a few birds and actually not much else. The villa has this elevated position where you get that proper south facing sea view. It is the kind of view where you might just find yourself standing at the window with coffee and forgetting about your phone for a good while.
Inside the property, you get a real sense of space. The architecture is by Villarroel Torrico, which you might know—they build with a focus on natural light and open air. It works. You walk through and notice that nothing here feels cramped or cut off, even when you are inside. The main level starts with an entrance that is framed by tropical landscaping. Then you step into a living room with full height windows and the sunlight just pours in. There is a fireplace that gives off that warm evening vibe even when you have nothing but the sea breeze to keep you company.
The kitchen is one of those proper ones, not just a showy centerpiece but somewhere you can see yourself making breakfast for everyone or maybe learning to cook Spanish food for the first time. It is all Gaggenau, yes, but it still feels inviting. Tucked away you have a smaller second kitchen out of sight of the guests. There are two bedrooms on the main floor with their own nice bathrooms so if you have friends or family who stay over it is easy.
Upstairs you get three more bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and a little dressing area. The master really stands out. There is this huge dressing room that is more like a retreat on its own and a bathroom that honestly feels like a spa. You have your own terrace up there too and in the morning, the light comes in soft and golden which just makes you want to start the day slowly.
The lower ground floor is fun. It has a proper cinema, a bar, a wine cellar that feels cool and calm, almost like a hidden escape. There is a gym and a wellness area with an indoor pool, sauna, and Turkish bath. Sometimes you just want to hide away downstairs and not think about anything but relaxing. There are also two more bedrooms for guests and space for your cars inside, which is good because Marbella's sun gets strong in the afternoon.
One of my favorite spots is the rooftop solarium. From up there, the sea stretches out and you get this unreal view all the way to the horizon. There is a jacuzzi and a plunge pool, so evenings with friends or a quiet night looking at the stars all feel possible.
You will also notice all the small details that make life easy—things like Schüco windows to shut out the noise and hold in the view, electric heating that comes on when you need it, and lighting that you can change to fit your mood.
The big thing about this place though is that even with its peaceful hillside spot, you are minutes from the heart of Marbella and Puerto Banús. Coffee shops, beaches, golf, and Michelin places to eat are always just down the way. Sometimes you see people biking to the coast or heading out early for tennis. It is all still close, just tucked quietly behind the gates.
If you are looking for a move in ready luxury villa that genuinely feels comfortable for real life and not just for show, this one is worth walking through. You will know as soon as you step out onto that terrace if it is right for you or not. Get in touch any time if you want to see it or have questions. We try to make the move as easy as it should feel.
All the details you need about your favorite property, neatly packed into one handy file.
