Some homes genuinely make you pause the first time you walk up to them. That is what happened to me at this five bedroom villa in Nueva Andalucía Marbella. The whole street is tucked away at the end of a cul de sac so there is this quiet feeling even before you are through the gate. And once you are inside the property you can tell straight away that you are somewhere pretty remarkable. It is not just the size or the way the light moves through the big open plan living area. It is the way you can actually hear birds in the garden some mornings or just see the sun coming up over the golf course from pretty much any window.
Honestly this place feels a bit like your own little world. It sits on a triangular plot and so it almost has no neighbours looking in at you. Sometimes you just get this sense of privacy you do not find in many villas even out here in Marbella. The location is really as good as it gets if you want to be close to everything but not in the middle of too much noise. You are only a few minutes from Puerto Banús the beach and shops that feel like they have been here for ages plus you have Aloha College practically around the corner.
Walking around inside I kept noticing little touches that say someone really cared about how this place would live. The woodwork honestly is just beautiful. You see the custom cabinetry up close and it is all done to a very high standard. There are these electric Roman Clavero shutters that make everything simple whether you want shade or privacy. The furniture is all Italian and does not feel too showy. It works with the space so when you sit down you can actually see yourself relaxing here not just passing through.
For anyone trying to picture family life or just having friends to stay there is space. Each of the five bedrooms has its own bathroom so people have room to spread out. If you need a sixth bedroom you could use one of the other spaces for that easily. The living area is proper open plan with a kitchen that you could use for real cooking not just putting on a kettle. You can see the dining area leading right out to the terrace so when the weather is good people just end up drifting outside almost without thinking.
I stopped for a bit by the pool and honestly it is the sort of place where it would be hard not to spend your weekend. Heated and saltwater and surrounded by palm trees that look like they have been growing here forever. The garden has over twenty palm trees actually and feels like a little tropical hideaway. Even if you are not someone who swims every day it just gives this feeling of peace.
Fitness and wellness seem built into the flow of the villa. The gym looks out on the garden which makes morning workouts feel less like a chore. The private spa with both Turkish bath and Finnish sauna makes it easy to slow right down. Out in the garage you will see this incredible glass ceiling which lets the daylight pour into a space that fits a dozen cars. It is not something you see often.
Tech is all sorted. The home automation system keeps things simple and there are surveillance cameras and alarms which mean you can lock up and travel without that little worry in your head. Internet is quick and you will notice you can work from here if you need to. Golf is never far away either with views from almost every angle and the Mediterranean Sea out on the horizon.
Living here means you get the best of Nueva Andalucía. Quiet when you need it and yet you are so close to everything that makes Marbella special. Sometimes in the evenings you will spot people walking dogs down the lane or see kids on bikes near the shops. It just has that relaxed Costa del Sol feeling.
If you are thinking about settling in Marbella and want somewhere that is not just striking on the outside but genuinely comfortable to live in this villa is worth a look. The only way you will know if it feels right is to come see it yourself. If you have questions or want to have a walk through just let me know. At LuxuryProperty.com we like to keep things easy for you and help you find somewhere that honestly could feel like home.
