Some homes on Palm Jumeirah really make you slow down for a second when you step inside. This five bedroom Signature Villa on Frond G actually made me do that which does not happen often these days. Something about the sunlight moving across that living room and the way the water looks from basically every big window just makes it hard not to stand and stare. You know you are looking at a custom built place straight away. I walked through and got that feeling that everything here has been thought about for a real life not just for show.
You get plenty of space to breathe in here. The built up area is proper huge it almost feels endless sometimes especially if you stand by the windows in the main living area and watch the sea spread out in front of you. Then you notice the skyline off to the side which always feels a little bit magical even if you have lived in Dubai for years. The open plan layout makes it simple to move from the main living and dining space to the big terraces outside. On days when the weather is just right you probably find yourself leaving the doors open and letting the breeze roll in off the water. It just feels easy here.

I stood up there for a while and honestly forgot I was on the Palm for a bit.
Palm Jumeirah is obviously one of those places where the world comes to your doorstep. The best hotels are steps away. Fine dining options if you ever want to treat yourself or friends. Shopping spots and coffee places for the easy days. Sometimes you see families heading down to the beach together or neighbours chatting in the evening which gives it a proper community feel despite all the luxury.
This villa is unfurnished at the moment so you get to put your stamp on it right from the start. It is vacant and upgraded so you do not have to worry about any work before moving in.
