I really like how the bathrooms were finished too. Some were just redone with clean marble and they have the sort of fittings that make you actually want to take a long shower. Each of the five bedrooms gives plenty of space and a little something different. The guest suites are handy if you have visitors who want their own views or a quiet corner for a nap.

One little thing that stands out is the tennis court. You do not expect to see a full tennis set up right on the beach but here it is. I saw some neighbours playing in the evenings when it gets cooler and you can hear laughter and the sound of rackets. Honestly you get a full lifestyle here not just the inside but all the bits outside too. From well kept gardens to sunny corners under the palms it is easy to find your favourite spot.

There is something special about the privacy this part of Estepona offers. Still you are only a short walk from the coffee shops and little bakeries by the marina.
