Feels like somewhere you would actually want to spend time getting ready in the mornings.

The overall condition is honestly excellent. You can see that the owners cared for the place. It has been upgraded in all the right ways but you still feel the character. Plus there is private off street parking which, if you have lived with street parking in London, you know is a big deal.

One of my favourite things is just how connected you are. Swiss Cottage is close enough that you never have to go far for coffee or groceries or just to catch up with friends. Belsize Park has that village vibe people love and in the evenings, you might spot kids out on bikes or neighbours stopping for a chat. It is that sort of area.

I would say, if you are looking for a five bedroom freehold home with a real garden and a comfortable layout in Belsize Park, this one is pretty much ready for you. The price is in line with the best in the area and it is vacant so you could walk through and get the feel for yourself anytime.
