The terraces around the building are all landscaped, and sometimes you see kids kicking a ball or families just spending time outside. Wandering down to JBR boardwalk is too easy, especially if you want a good coffee or to try someplace new for dinner. Plus, Dubai Marina is just next door if you want to shop or take out the boat.
