There is secure underground space for up to four cars though between the walking and cycling around the community you will probably leave them home more often than not. And sometimes you notice how the atmosphere shifts across the seasons. Sunrises are calm with just a hint of sea breeze and the sunsets go from deep gold to gentle pink across every roof.
