Driving to Dubai Hills Mall takes just a few minutes and if you need a hospital Kings College is nearby which does add a bit of peace of mind.
Getting around from here is honestly one of the best things. You have Al Khail Road close by so Downtown Dubai and even Dubai Marina are both pretty quick drives. And yet when you come home it feels far enough from the city to breathe a bit. The home is vacant so there is no waiting around. Once it feels right to you it is yours to move into.
