This is a duplex penthouse that sits across two levels, so it feels open in a way most apartments do not. The living and dining spaces do not seem to demand anything from you. Whether it is a quiet Wednesday night with a takeaway or a Saturday with friends filling up the sofa, the mood adjusts with you. Out the front door, Palm Jumeirah is truly one of those addresses where life feels a little less rushed, but everything you want is still close. Some of Dubai's best restaurants and shops are only a few minutes away, but most days you may not want to leave. The boardwalk is just there for evening walks and, often enough, you catch kids riding their bikes before dinner time and neighbours out with their dogs. Concierge service means little things get taken care of for you. Honestly, it just feels easy.
The place is not furnished but it has been upgraded and the layout leaves enough space for your own taste. The maids room is out of the way but useful, especially if family comes to stay for a while. At six thousand three hundred and eighty two square feet, you never really feel boxed in at all and the views are panoramic which you probably will not ever get tired of. That is what makes a penthouse like this different. Sometimes you almost forget your phone.
