Some homes just have a certain feel right away. When I came into this four bedroom duplex at Orla by Omniyat right on the West Crescent of Palm Jumeirah I actually paused for a bit in the entry. The quiet hits you first and then you start to pick up on all the little things the afternoon sun coming through the floor to ceiling windows the gentle sound of the AC and outside if you open the sliding doors you can hear the ocean just a bit.
First impressions mean a lot and here you really get that sense of space. Double height ceilings will do that honestly. It almost feels like a beach house but then you look back and realize you are surrounded by this amazing view of the Marina skyline and Atlantis off to the side and Burj Al Arab further down. You can just stand there letting your eyes wander from one landmark to the next. Every window gives you something different and it never gets old. Even on a weekday it feels like you could be on a quiet holiday.

Parking is sorted out with enough room for four cars which honestly is rare on the Palm.
Everything is finished at a high level but it does not feel fake or overdone. Smart home bits are tucked away so you will notice things just work as they should lights open curtains background music if you want it but nothing trying too hard. Even if you step out for a while to Atlantis or into the city coming back to Orla always feels calm again.
