Dubai Hills Mall is just a short stroll away so you are sorted for shopping and coffee mornings or even just a change of scene on the weekends. Fitness centres are close too and you always see people out jogging or cycling so if that is your thing it is easy to get into some kind of routine. The local schools are really popular which is good news for families and there are plenty of playgrounds around so the kids have space to run and just be kids. 

One of the quiet advantages here is the whole area is well connected so you have easy routes to the rest of Dubai for work or heading out with friends. It just feels easy really sometimes you forget how close you are to everything until you want to head somewhere. 

This townhouse is vacant now which means you do not have to wait around for anyone to move out. You could walk in soon and start making it your own space. It is rare to find a home that feels modern without being cold and honestly this one does a nice job of blending clean lines with genuine comfort.
