Every switch and handle seems just a bit more solid than in the newer builds I see. It is hard to find a renovated marina apartment that does not feel skimpy on the work and this place really got the good treatment.
The building itself makes a difference too. 23 Marina is known for being one of the best spots in the area. Residents get access to indoor and outdoor pools which are both properly heated and never too busy. There's a health club and a spa tucked inside so honestly no need to even leave the building some days if you just want to work out or read with a coffee afterwards. Security always seems friendly here. You notice a quiet efficiency among staff as you come and go which adds a layer of comfort.
Step outside and you are in the real heart of Dubai Marina. The Mina Seyahi tram stop is right around the corner. Marina Walk is never far either. I like taking a slow walk down there in the evening sometimes. You see kids rolling by on bikes or people heading out for dinner. The beaches are an easy drive or even a healthy walk if you want the sun. Groceries and good coffee are close enough to become a habit.
Honestly you have to see the place to get the full feel. Pictures show a bit but that sense of space and the way the sea just sits outside your windows is hard to capture.
