I stepped inside for the first time and before I even noticed the view I noticed the light. There is a sort of hush that falls over you which is maybe strange to say for an apartment in the middle of Dubai Marina but it's true. You get that soft buzz of city life from outside but inside it's quieter. I stood for a second just letting my eyes adjust and could see straight through to the water. If you are the kind of person who likes to watch the boats make that slow circle through the Marina then this might be a good fit. You will find lots of glass here. The living area is honestly bigger than I expected. You can imagine stretching out on the couch by those windows after a long day and not needing to turn on the TV because the view is more interesting. 

The kitchen is right there but it still feels like its own space. I leaned on the counter for a minute and just liked how bright it gets even in the afternoon. If you actually like cooking you will have room to do it. The appliances are all built in so things sit smooth and quiet. And you know how sometimes in apartments the kitchen feels like it's hiding in a closet Not here. If you ever have people over the flow just works. You can be checking on the food and still talk to whoever's sitting in the living room or out on the balcony. Speaking of the balcony I went outside and just watched the Marina for a little while. Both bedrooms are tucked back from the living space. The master has that Marina view too. I poked my head in and thought yeah this would be nice to wake up to every day. There's space for a big bed and even after you fill those wardrobes you will still have room to breathe. The other bedroom is good too you will not have anyone feeling squeezed in at all. Both bathrooms are finished clean and simple. You will notice there's enough space to actually use the counters without knocking things over. 

One thing I like about Marina Promenade is it always feels lived in. You get families and couples and singles all mixed together. Downstairs you can grab a coffee pretty much any time of day and the Marina Walk is right there. I saw a little group of kids skateboarding just under the building and a couple carrying pizza boxes home which, honestly, made me smile. There are pools and a gym if you need to burn off energy. You are never far from practical stuff either. Groceries dry cleaner salons even the metro is a short walk if you feel like leaving the car at home for once.

I know it's easy to get lost in all the apartment listings in Dubai Marina but some places just have a different feel. This one is not screaming luxury at you but it just feels easy and tucked away from the noise in a good way. If you want a two bedroom apartment with a Marina view and no hassle, right in the heart of Dubai Marina but still kind of peaceful I'd say this is worth a look.
