The people in the lobby nod and make room if you walk through with shopping bags. Having your car parked downstairs just feels right and there are honestly days when you do not need to use it at all. The Metro is just a stroll away if you feel like skipping traffic and I have seen folks heading out for a morning run around the Boulevard. If you love food, you will be spoiled. You are also right next to some of the best breakfast spots in the city and there is a small café almost under the building where you can actually hear people greeting each other by name. 

This apartment is completely vacant and there's no complicated payment plan to think about which makes it easier if you just want to make a decision and move in. The floor plan makes sense and nothing feels wasted. The furniture is pretty tasteful too, not over the top but with some nice touches like comfy chairs and real cutlery in the drawers—not just the show stuff. You will notice straight away that there is space in the bedrooms for a little desk if you work from home and the WiFi is surprisingly fast. Bathrooms look clean and crisp and the water pressure is solid. You have got all the good amenities too—pool that actually gets sun most of the afternoon, a gym with new equipment and a little garden patch where kids chase each other at sunset.

Living here means you are woven into Downtown life. You see people in the evenings walking their dogs or heading out with friends for coffee.
