Atlantis The Royal Residences, Palm Jumeirah
There is something about the way the light comes in as soon as you walk through the door in this two bedroom apartment at Atlantis The Royal Residences on Palm Jumeirah. Honestly for me I just kind of stood by the Italian marble floors for a second and took a breath. It has that hush you usually get in a good gallery. The place is brand new and it is one of those homes you want to keep walking through just to see what is around the next corner. It is hard not to notice how much care has gone into every single thing here. The artwork is all certified and every piece of furniture feels like it has been picked to fit. You will spot those design names that people talk about in magazines like Fazzini and Cassina and Rugiano. The touches are everywhere. There is Omexco wallpaper you would probably want to run your hand over and a Belcor chandelier right above the big dining table that actually gives the room a soft glow in the evening instead of one of those harsh bright lights.
People always ask about kitchens and I get why. This one genuinely makes you want to cook something even if you are used to ordering in. It is this sleek German style setup with Gaggenau appliances neatly integrated. I can see someone lining up ingredients for a proper meal or just chatting with a friend while making coffee. It is not cold or intimidating like some show kitchens. You will notice how the space feels social even when you are in there on your own.
Both bedrooms in the apartment are what I would call proper rooms not just boxes with a bed. They have their own en suite bathrooms which feel like your own spa honestly and soft walk in wardrobes for all those clothes you have never even worn. The beds are handmade by Bruno Zampa and the mattresses just look inviting. Sometimes people overlook things like lighting or sound but here you have this built in Bang and Olufsen system. Movie nights are just better when the sound is like this and even background music on a Saturday afternoon seems to fill the place. The full height windows are probably the reason I would find myself just sitting down with a coffee in the morning. You get views right across Palm Jumeirah and the city skyline. Sometimes all you need is the sun coming up out there for the day to already feel good.
The balcony is something special. It is larger than what you get almost anywhere else and finished with pieces from Minotti which make you want to stay outside a bit too long. You get those views of the Palm and you might find yourself doing breakfast outside even when it is a bit warm. The evenings here are one of the best bits. The sky starts going pink and gold over the water and you keep finding yourself staring out and not wanting to check your phone. It is easy to forget how close you are to everything Dubai has to offer. The Atlantis Royal Residences themselves are full of amenities and you will always spot people relaxing by the pool or just wandering down to some of the nearby restaurants. There is actually a really good coffee shop just a quick walk away and sometimes you get families taking a stroll down the boulevard in the evening.
Living on Palm Jumeirah is a lifestyle you feel every day. You are surrounded by water but the city is right there when you need it. Everything from little shops to world class dining is close just in case you feel like treating yourself. This place just has that right balance of privacy and excitement. It is honestly rare to find something that feels both new and timeless at the same time. The apartment is upgraded and newly furnished and priced very well for what you get. But really the only way you know if it suits you is by coming to see it for yourself. Let me know if you want a tour or just to ask a few questions. At LuxuryProperty.com we want you to find a place that actually feels like home. No rush no pressure just see if it feels right.
