Some homes just have a certain feel as soon as you see them on a quiet afternoon. I walked into this eleven bedroom apartment in Mohammed Bin Rashid City and kind of felt like I needed to just find a sunny window and look out over at Al Meydan for a bit. The view kind of stops you for a second, especially when the city is humming out there but inside, everything kind of settles down. That is the thing about living in this part of Dubai. Somehow you feel like you are in the middle of it all, but you can also get these slow, peaceful moments right at home.
So this apartment is part of Bayz Tower, which if you have looked around Business Bay or really any of Dubai's newer communities, you probably know already gets a lot of people talking. There is a real sense here that things are happening around you. Life does not really fall asleep in this part of town. But honestly, eleven bedrooms in a building like this, it is not just about space or numbers on paper. It is how the rooms are spread out. It is how the light seems to change every time you turn a corner, especially as you get the sun swinging past those big windows with Al Meydan in the background. Sometimes you just want to open a window and lean out, just to take it all in.
The apartment is unfurnished right now, and I actually think that is a good thing, because you do not have to shift anything to imagine your own sofa or picture where you might put your books. You get all these open spaces, and there is a bit of an echo when you talk, which somehow makes it easier to dream up what you want the place to be. I see families here, or even a group of good friends sharing a place, maybe a creative type who works from home and wants a quiet corner of their own. Eleven rooms means there is a lot of flexibility, and everyone can really claim a bit of privacy.
The kitchen is proper, not just a tucked away corner. You can cook for real here, not just microwave something quick when you are in a rush. Sometimes I picture what it would be like to have a few people around the kitchen table, everyone talking over each other about what to do on the weekend. Out of the kitchen windows, when you look out, the Al Meydan view is always kind of calling you to go for a walk or maybe just sit outside with a tea. The whole apartment just works if you want to entertain. There is enough room for a big table, sofas, even a couple of desks. And if someone wants a quiet room with nothing but a bed and a good book, you can do that too. There is a lot of space to play with.
Living at Bayz Tower, it is more than just the space inside. You have those shared amenities. The pool is actually nicer than most, not too crowded, and there is a gym with all the basics. The best part is, you really do not have to travel far for anything. Downtown Dubai is pretty much right there, so the Dubai Mall, all the little shops, and dozens of restaurants are never far away. Sheikh Zayed Road is so close, so if you work somewhere else in the city, the drive feels easy most mornings. And if you just like walking, there is something about the covered walkways around this place, with trees and little parks, where you will sometimes see families having a picnic or kids learning to ride their bikes.
The building is modern and secure, with a friendly vibe from the lobby to the lifts. Some mornings you even catch a neighbor sharing a smile when you wait for the elevator.
The price on this apartment probably will make you look twice for eleven bedrooms in Mohammed Bin Rashid City, it is actually a lot of home for what you are paying. But the truth is, you cannot really judge what a place feels like until you actually stand inside. So if you are thinking you might like to see it, or you just want to chat and ask what living here is really like, reach out any time. Sometimes finding the right place is about getting a sense for yourself, and at LuxuryProperty dot com, we really do want making that move to feel easy.
