Sometimes you hear the faint music of someone playing guitar outside or you catch sight of cyclists going by during the weekend. It is one of those places where you can have quiet days at home or dip into the city energy whenever you want.

As for comfort, privacy is a big one. You do not really hear neighbors and the kind of people who live here usually respect that. Security is around but not obvious. Elevators are quick. Everything in the building just works, which is honestly refreshing.
