Trump Tower, Jeddah
Some homes just have a certain atmosphere as soon as you walk in. I noticed it right away as I stepped into this one bedroom apartment up in Trump Tower Jeddah. It is funny how the world seems to quiet down up there. The building is set right along the Corniche and honestly the views of the Red Sea somehow feel different every time you look. You wake up and see the first light shimmering that deep blue and some evenings you get these gold streaks that almost look painted on the water. From this high up the city feels like a living map just stretching out below. You spot little things you had not noticed before like the palm trees lining the street or boats drifting far out.
It is a one bedroom apartment with a built up area of seven hundred fifty three square feet, so it is not massive but it does not feel cramped at all. I stood by the window for a little while just taking it in. People always say luxury, but here it is more like quality you can feel. The windows are thick and keep the noise out so you just hear this gentle hush sometimes if you leave the window open. Morning coffee by the window became my favorite five minutes. The kitchen is not just for show either. There is actually proper room to cook, lay things out, maybe even have a couple friends over for dinner and not feel like you are bumping elbows the whole time.
The lobby downstairs really sets the tone as you walk in. There is this calm about it even when folks are coming and going. Someone always greets you and it is usually the same faces after a few days, which somehow makes it start feeling personal. The service here is more white glove than you get pretty much anywhere else in Jeddah and yet they do not make a big deal out of it. It just feels easy. If you have guests you do not have to worry about making everything perfect because the staff kind of does that for you. That was something I really noticed, especially compared with a lot of new towers.
Something I think is pretty unique here is the Trump Members Club. Not just a gym and pool, though both are really worth trying, but little touches like wellness treatments you can book without leaving home. There is dining here too. On nights you do not feel like going out for dinner in town, you can actually get something decent downstairs which is rare. Even the gym feels less like a chore and more like a place you would actually want to spend time if that makes sense.
Location wise, it is honestly a great spot in Jeddah. The Corniche is right outside so if you feel like walking along the water at sunset or jogging in the early morning you can just do it. There are lots of cafes and small restaurants dotted nearby and I have even seen families with young kids enjoying the parks in the evenings. Sometimes you hear the faint music of someone playing guitar outside or you catch sight of cyclists going by during the weekend. It is one of those places where you can have quiet days at home or dip into the city energy whenever you want.
As for comfort, privacy is a big one. You do not really hear neighbors and the kind of people who live here usually respect that. Security is around but not obvious. Elevators are quick. Everything in the building just works, which is honestly refreshing.
If you are new to Jeddah or looking for a home with real investment potential, places like this stand out for capital appreciation, but at the same time it is just easy to imagine living here without overthinking everything. Sometimes you almost forget your phone and just kind of exist in the moment. The only way to know if it fits you is to come and see for yourself. If you have any questions or just want to have a walk through, reach out whenever. At LuxuryProperty.com, we really do want your next move in Jeddah to feel as easy as it should be.
