Palace Beach Residence Tower 2, Emaar Beachfront, Dubai Harbour
Some homes just slow you down a little when you walk in. This one bedroom apartment at Palace Beach Residence in Emaar Beachfront does exactly that. The first thing I noticed was the light. It is everywhere. Sun pours in from the windows and sort of settles into every corner. I actually found myself leaning on the glass and just watching the water. Sometimes you even forget you are in Dubai. The sound outside is soft. When I was there, there was only the faint call of some birds and the sea itself. That nice hush makes you feel private even though the city is so close.
The inside feels straightforward and honest. You have this open kitchen that is more than just a spot for reheating pizza. There is a proper stone counter that feels sturdy under your hand and I checked the drawers just because I am fussy about that sort of thing. No squeaking or sticking anywhere. Real groceries will absolutely fit in the storage. When you stand on these floors you can feel that little bit of quality. Even in socks.
What really stays with me after spending time in this apartment at Palace Beach Residence is the view. The living area looks right over the Arabian Gulf so every morning feels like a holiday and somehow bedtime is more peaceful when you can see the lights of Dubai out there but do not really hear the city. Sometimes in the evening the air off the water is cool and you just want to crack a window and stop for a minute.
The bedroom is honestly just right. You can fit a proper bed and still breathe. There is built in wardrobe space that actually works because you know sometimes wardrobes are just for show in new apartments. Not the case here. Even the daylight feels softer in the bedroom, and I noticed that it kind of invites you to sleep a little longer in the morning.
Bathrooms here never feel cramped and there is enough room to actually move around when you are getting ready. No need to pull your elbows in just to turn around. And all the finishes have those soft stone and cream tones so nothing jumps out or feels cold. Just settled.
Where Palace Beach Residence stands out though is what life actually feels like when you live here. You get your own little part of Emaar Beachfront with a private beach just out the door. I have seen people out early reading or grabbing coffee by the shore. Families sometimes bring their breakfasts down to the sand. There is this infinity pool that kind of rolls right into the view of the water and it does not surprise me people spend hours just relaxing here. Gym is bright and has all the machines you would ever need. What got me was seeing people actually using the green spaces and paths around here. It is not just for show. Morning joggers and kids playing before dinner make it feel alive.
Location wise you are in one of the best waterfront spots in Dubai Harbour. Emaar Beachfront is tucked away but reaching Dubai Marina or even Palm Jumeirah is quick. Sheikh Zayed Road is right at your doorstep so you are never far from the rest of the city but you do not get the noise. Downstairs there are little local shops and cafes so you do not always need to drive out for a bite or a carton of milk. It really feels like you live by the coast and not just in another Dubai apartment block.
This is a freehold property which is rare for this type of new waterfront apartment in Dubai. The space is vacant and ready. That means you can just move right in or start getting returns if you are thinking as an investor. At nearly eight hundred square feet it works for a first home or even as a lock up and leave holiday place. The price for this much quiet and view on Emaar Beachfront is something you do not see every day.
Truth is, you only know if a place feels right after you see it. If you think this one bedroom apartment for sale in Dubai Harbour might be your spot, just let me know. We walk around together and you can take your time. At LuxuryProperty.com we want moving to feel as easy as it looks on a sunny morning like this.
