Sometimes a place just surprises you. When I stepped into this one bedroom apartment at Club Drive in Dubai Hills Estate I actually paused and looked around for a second. It is not every day a place feels this calm and ready for life at the same time. The feeling is partly from how the whole apartment is set up. You get these big windows that let sunshine just pour in. When I stood near the window I noticed the light has this way of bouncing off the soft finishes and making the living area feel bigger than it sounds on paper. The layout is smart. It is open so you can actually see straight from the dining area to the kitchen and out to the greenery beyond. 

Honestly if you actually cook not just heat up food the kitchen has a real sense of space. You could easily set up your coffee machine or even try out a new recipe without bumping into anything. One of the best things about this place is really the little things. For example the gym is close so early workouts are just easier. The pool has this relaxed hotel feel to it but it never gets too crowded so you actually use it. There are these landscaped parks all around. Sometimes just sitting outside for a stretch makes you feel totally out of the city which is kind of rare in Dubai. Plus if you golf the championship golf course is nearby too. You might end up meeting neighbours just because everyone seems to be outside more here with so much green space around.

Getting around is easy because Club Drive sits right in the heart of Dubai Hills Estate. The main roads are close so you are never far from downtown or the Mall of the Emirates if you like a bit more action. When I was there I noticed it is just as quick to get groceries as it is to grab coffee. And if you have friends over plenty of parking for them too. In the evenings the views from the windows feel pretty special. You see all this greenery that just calms things down after a busy day. Honestly it is one of those apartments where you sometimes put your phone down and just watch the world outside for a minute.

This apartment is off plan so it is fresh no one has lived here yet. If you are thinking about investing or just making a home for yourself I think it has a real mix of peace and convenience.
