Downtown Dubai is really not far at all. If you like little adventures on weekends everything from Dubai Mall to great cycling paths are just a quick drive. You can even spot people jogging or out with dogs in the early mornings. It is one of those neighbourhoods where you actually feel that city mixed with a relaxed vibe. You move in and the rest of Dubai is just outside your building but you can retreat back to your quiet place whenever you want.
