There is just something about the way the city seems to slow down when you are up here at BLVD Heights Tower 1. Maybe it is the sunlight moving across the living room in the afternoon or maybe it is just the quiet feeling you get when you shut the front door. I walked into this one bedroom apartment right in the middle of Downtown Dubai and for a second it almost felt like things outside could just wait. If you like having your own space to breathe but also want to step outside and have all of Downtown buzzing below you then this spot is honestly meant for that. You sort of get the best of both.
The apartment itself is pretty spacious for a one bedroom and it shows. Just the way the semi closed kitchen is set up—there is more than enough space to actually cook something for friends and not just stick to leftovers. And right away you notice the little details like the good floors and those big windows in the living area that mostly just make the room feel bigger than it even is. I stood by the window for a moment just to look out and honestly you see so much of Dubai from up here you find yourself just zoning out and watching people go about their day.
Something I really liked is that you have two bathrooms here. It is hard to appreciate until you imagine having a couple of people over from work or family in town and realizing no one has to queue up. Just makes life easier. The bedroom feels private even with the city around and the closet space is not bad at all—there is even that little corner where you imagine putting a chair for those evenings when you want to read or just check your phone.
You are right in the thick of Downtown and yet it does not feel rushed at all inside. The tower itself is modern and actually looked after well. Security says hi as you walk in and the lobby is the kind of place that makes it okay to wait around if your friend is running late. If you step out to the boulevard everything is just close. Coffee shops with their doors open in the morning and maybe you pick up pastries when you have time to slow down. It really does feel like you are close to everything. The Dubai Mall is somewhere you end up for shopping even if you did not plan to and if you go for walks in the evenings you see other people doing the same. Honestly the street lights and the trees along the sidewalk make it easy to just keep going for another block.
One thing that stands out about BLVD Heights is how new and fresh it all seems but people actually live here too. It is not empty or cold like some towers. There is a bit of life—sometimes you catch someone heading to the gym in their flip flops or carrying a pizza back upstairs. You feel community in little ways. And for the days when you do want to get out Marina is a quick ride and you are back home before the evening gets busy. Parking is easy if you drive but cabs are everywhere too.
All told if you want a one bedroom apartment for sale in Downtown Dubai that gives you space for actual living but does not put you up on the far edge of the city this place is worth a proper look.
