Supermarkets, little coffee places, even the tram stop are all really nearby. I like that you can get to Palm Jumeirah or Bluewaters Island without worrying about traffic or long rides. Sometimes in the evenings you catch sight of kids biking near the beach or just neighbours heading out for a stroll. It is a comfortable rhythm here.
