The space gets that real Dubai sun and you get a lovely green view of your own private garden. The outdoor space out here is bigger than you might expect. It wraps around a corner plot, so besides your own trees and hedges, there is this nice sense of privacy. Springs 11 itself has a bit of a village feel you do not always get in Dubai. It is safe and quiet, and you often see kids on bikes or parents out for a stroll just after sunset. There are three parks dotted around and two pools to choose from, so on weekends there is always somewhere to go, whether you want to swim, picnic, or just let the kids run off energy. For practical things, the Springs Souk is close enough that I have walked there for groceries after a viewing. There are cafes, a pharmacy, and even a few fast food spots for nights when you do not fancy cooking. Dubai British School and Dubai International Academy are not far either, which can make school runs a whole lot easier.

Getting around is actually pretty easy as you are nestled between Al Khail Road and Sheikh Zayed Road. It means Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina, and even the airport are never too far, no matter which way you need to go.
