Sometimes you walk into a place and it just feels like someone lives there already even if it is all ready for you and spotless. That happened to me standing in this one bedroom apartment for rent on Bluewaters Island. Maybe it was the late afternoon light pouring in through the floor to ceiling windows or maybe it is that proper island quiet you feel even though you are only a few minutes from the buzz at JBR. You can honestly hear the softest hush from outside. It is that calm.
I took a minute in the living room just looking out toward the sea. There is something about ocean views that makes you slow down. You can actually see the water from the pool area too and there is this sense that you could as easily read a book by the pool as paddle in for a morning swim. Speaking of mornings the kitchen here actually feels like somewhere you might start your day properly. There are new appliances and good counter space so even if all you do is brew your coffee and stare out the window for a bit it still feels like you have started off right. You will also notice everything has been set up for easy living. That means built in wardrobes so you do not have to worry about extra storage. The wooden floors have this nice fresh scent and somehow the soft metallic finishes and Italian sinks just sit well with the sun that comes in from all sides.
A lot of people are looking for something that is ready to move into so it really matters that this apartment comes fully furnished. You will not have to think too hard about style. The whole space is set up in these light relaxing colors that just work. Sometimes furnished places feel a bit stiff but I did not feel that here. It actually looks like someone could cook a real meal in this kitchen or lounge away a lazy Friday on the couch. There are two bathrooms which makes it more comfortable for guests or if you have people round. The bedroom gets its own windows too so it never feels boxed in.
Getting around from Bluewaters is easy even if you do not like to drive every day. You have three ways to get on or off the island whether that is the bridge a short walk or even the water taxi if you want something different. The boardwalk is honestly one of my favorite parts. At sunset you see people heading out for a run or walking kids before dinner. Sometimes you just hear laughter from the big wheel the Ain Dubai in the background and it sort of keeps the whole island feeling lively but not crazy.
For shopping and food you do not need to go far either. More than 150 spots to grab something or meet friends are right at The Wharf just steps away. It is one of those places where you do not always need your car so if you forget your phone at home you really do not mind walking back for it. The private beach club is close too so you can always sneak down for a swim at almost any time. Plus parking is sorted you have your own space so you never need to worry at the end of a long day.
The view is special especially when the sun is low or you just want to let your mind drift for a bit. You are tucked into a proper island home but the whole city is right over the bridge. Sometimes you look over at the yachts in the marina and remember all the reasons you wanted a place like this in Dubai in the first place.
The only way to know if this spot on Bluewaters Island is right for you is to come see it for yourself. I am always happy to chat or walk through at your pace. At LuxuryProperty.com we like helping you find somewhere that just feels good from the very start. If it sounds like it could be the one just let me know and we can get you in for a look.
