The whole neighbourhood is built around eco friendly ideas but you still get everything at your fingertips. There are shops, supermarkets, coffee spots for that morning pastry, plus fitness centres, saunas, spa facilities, and a clubhouse for a catch up with neighbours.

You are only three kilometres from Downtown, Dubai Mall, the Burj Khalifa—pretty much everywhere you might want to head for dinner or shopping, and Dubai International Airport is an easy drive too, so you can sneak out for a weekend away with almost no hassle.
