Some homes just feel like they're waiting for you the minute you open the door. That's exactly the sense I got strolling into this three bedroom townhouse at Bella Casa in Serena. Maybe it is the way the sunlight drifts into the living area or the fact that birds were hopping around in the back garden while I was there. Sometimes it is honestly just the feel.

First thing you notice is how the space just flows. The living and dining area is open plan and it actually feels like somewhere you'd spend proper time. None of those dark corners or awkward shaped rooms. The kitchen stands out for the Spanish style dark wood that really does add some warmth without being too much. If you actually like cooking you'll see this kitchen is set up for more than just a takeaway night. Enough counter space to sling your bag down and still get dinner done at the same time.

Everything just feels close. No need for long car journeys for the day to day stuff.

Some people ask about parking. You get a covered spot right in front so no worries on that score. And getting in and out of Serena itself is pretty easy actually. Feels peaceful but not far from everything Dubai's got to offer. 

This house is currently rented so if you are looking for something that could work as an investment or even to move in later, it might make sense.
