I saw a few people carrying paddle boards and you always hear laughter from somewhere nearby. Even if you don't swim, just being able to walk down and have your toes in the sand after work or on a weekend feels a bit special. There are supermarkets, little bakeries, all the coffee shops you would need and the tram is never too far off if you have places to be.
